RECOMMENDED RECIPE
After soaking the frozen mushrooms in water overnight, use a little oil, about two teaspoons of oyster sauce, add two cups of water to the original soaking mushroom water, simmer over low heat for about an hour, take out and set aside.
Goose feet are about one pound, use two star anise, one fresh slice, three slices of ginger, two chopped green onions, 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce, 1/4 spoon dark soy sauce, a little sugar, add water to cover the goose feet, simmer for about 2 seconds 1/2 hour (only 30-45 minutes for duck feet), take out and set aside.
Use 1/4 can of Haikui brand abalone original soup (original can of soup), add half a can of chicken broth, a tablespoon of oyster sauce, heat it and add cornstarch water to make a thick sauce, heat it, add abalone and heat well, then put it on a plate and set aside.
First add a little oil, sauté the ginger and green onions until fragrant, add the goose webs and mushrooms and stir-fry evenly. After preheating the clay pot, arrange the goose webs in an even layer first, then the mushrooms, and finally the abalones. Pour in a little thick sauce and heat slightly. Make the claypot vegetables dry and fragrant.
